One of several unique advantages of our occupational rehabilitation hospital is the synergy achieved by working in close cooperation with our world-class Neuroscience Center on the 4th floor to treat and prevent disorders and disease of the brain, spinal cord, muscle and nerves. American Board certified and internationally-recognized neurologists, pediatric neurosurgeons, psychiatrists and clinical psychologists work closely with our doctors of physical medicine and rehabilitation, including Dr. Piyanuj Ruckpanich who was formerly a Research Fellow at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Our physical therapy rehabilitation facility serves everyone from children to seniors, both in-patients and out-patients, helping them regain a high level of independence and quality of life according to their potential. We use a in team care approach and patients are the center of the team.
Headed by a physiatrist, a rehabilitation specialist physician specializing in rehabilitation medicine along with an assistant expert in rehabilitation nursing will begin our rehabilitation services with a physical rehabilitation assessment and treatment evaluation to prescribe the best rehabilitation program for each individual.
All treatments and physical therapy will be carried out by qualified and dedicated medical personnel such as a physical therapist, physical rehabilitation specialist, neuromuscular therapist, clinical psychologist, speech pathologist, speech therapist, recreational therapist, nutritionist and prosthetic/orthotic specialist.
