Preparation before Femto LASIK

• Remove contact lenses prior to evaluation:
  • Soft contact lenses should be removed at least 7 days prior.
  • Hard contact lenses should be removed at least 3 weeks in advance.
• Refrain from taking acne medications such as Roaccutane or Acnotin for at least 1 month.
• Bring relevant examination and treatment records, such as previous prescription/vision test results or current medications.
• Do not drive on the day of the examination, as dilating eye drops may cause temporary blurred vision.
• Get adequate sleep before the check-up.
• Shower and wash your hair thoroughly before receiving the service.
• Refrain from using perfume, roll-on deodorant, or scented hair gel.
• Avoid wearing makeup, including around the eye area.
• Wear a wide-neck or button-up shirt for easy changing.

• You should inform your doctor about all health conditions, including any medications or supplements taken regularly, as they may affect the surgery. The doctor may consider advising you to stop certain medications or supplements prior to receiving the service.
