Recommendations for Health Check-up
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access for blood drawing.
- Get adequate rest for at least 6–8 hours prior to the check-up.
- Regular medication can be taken before the health checkup, but please inform the staff prior to the examination.
- If you have pre-existing medical conditions or a health history, please bring related documents for analysis.
- Refrain from smoking before the health checkup as it causes high blood pressure.
- Abstain from alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours, as alcohol affects the test results.
