Instructions for health check-up
- Wear comfortable clothing that is convenient for blood collection
- Get adequate rest for at least 6–8 hours prior to the checkup.
- Regular medication can be taken before the health checkup, but please inform the staff prior to receiving the examination.
- If you have underlying medical conditions or health history, please bring relevant documents for analysis.
- Refrain from smoking before the health checkup as it can cause high blood pressure.
- Refrain from alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours, as alcohol affects the test results.
