24-hour Holter Monitoring
This involves wearing a 24-hour electrocardiogram (ECG) monitor, allowing you to return home or work as normal without having to spend an overnight stay in the hospital.
People who should be tested.
This test is suitable for patients whom doctors suspect may have an arrhythmia but which is not detected by a standard electrocardiogram (ECG). On average, it is suitable for those who experience symptoms at least 1-2 days per episode.
